FAQ
Do the prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. When you confirm the shoot we send a quote with the final amount itemised — no surprises.
Is it included if I sell my home with you?
Yes. If you list with us, photography, video and floor plan are included. These prices are for owners or agencies who only want the material.
How long does the shoot take?
Between 1 and 2 hours for a standard flat. Photography, video and measurements are all taken in the same visit — you don't need to be there the whole time.
How do I prepare the home for the shoot?
We send a short guide when you book: clear worktops and bathrooms, put away personal items, open blinds and switch on warm lights. Half an hour of tidying changes the result more than any retouching.
Do you retouch photos to make the place look like something else?
No. We adjust light, contrast and colour so it looks the way it does in person on a good day. We don't erase flaws or change proportions: a photo that promises what isn't there only brings viewings that leave disappointed.
Do you cover outside central Madrid?
We work in Madrid and the surrounding area. For other locations, send us the address and we'll confirm availability and whether a travel charge applies.
Who owns the images?
The owner does, to publish the property on portals, social media and brochures. We hand over the files ready to use.
