We sit down with you, study your case and the real market in your area, and tell you what the data says — even when the answer is "not now" or "this isn't right for you". If you then want us to handle it, great. If not, you keep the report anyway.

Does the consultancy cost anything?
The first consultation is free and with no obligation. If your case needs an in-depth market study, we tell you the cost before starting so you decide with the figure in front of you.
How is it different from the free valuation?
A valuation answers one question: what your property is worth today. Consultancy answers the next one: what you should do with it, when and how. You can book either, or both.
Do I have to sell or buy with you afterwards?
No. We don't ask for sole agency or make the advice conditional on signing anything. If the report is useful and you go to another agency, that's absolutely fine.
